“Skinny” Barney and I pre-CrossFit before we both “lifted”. Ok before I lifted. He’s been in the hospital since Monday. So many bouts of pneumonia and consistent antibiotics the last year and a half have him resistant. He’s such a good guy.
35min. of a combination of jogging around the building (4x600m), rowing, Burpee pull-ups, watt bike, and air squats. Just whatever felt good.
Then lots of stretching and mobility.
MFS: 4/5/5 – anterior delts from ring dips sore. Otherwise just drained.
