I think my front squat looks similar to Koklov’s. Makes me feel slightly better!

Started off with a little rowing volume then 1:1 intervals.
The all out efforts were between 278 and 295m. Went hard!

EMOM Dead stop front squats
All 185. Better I think? Still forward but knees out more now.
