This is what happens when 3 patients in a row don’t show up on a Monday!

Anywho, back to the globo gym. Trying out a new one today. They’re all so similar and yet so different. Mostly because of the people inside.

Shoulders/ Low Lat
Seated Smith Machine press w/reverse grip 5, 4, 3, 5, 4, 3 wave load- you have to set up the seat perfectly for this but it’s worth it. Anterior delt work.
Low Hammer Rows 10, 10, 8, 6 – plate loaded machine w/vertical handles near the preloaded barbells at LA. Choose a low hand position.
Seated pulley row long handle 12, 10, 8, 8- pull to below sternum, hold 2-3 seconds, return 2-3 seconds.
Leg Extensions 30, 20, 15, 10 drop 10

Sooooo weird to use a leg extension machine again. My quads were burning and nothing else felt anything. Also weird.
BOf Squats (was supposed to be back squats but the machine bothers my back) 20, 15, 12
Standing Leg Curls 20, 12, 8 drop 8
Walking Dumbbell Lunges 10, 8, 6 (steps each leg)
GH Hyper 8, 8, 8
Inner/Outer Thigh (Abductor/Adductor) 20/20, 20/20, 20/20
