Today I took my friend along for some 4th of July fun!

600m 165# sled drag w/55# KB farmer carry

I could take 40-60 steps before I had to rest so this took 23ish min!

7 Rounds (all out)

5 Muscle-Ups

7 DB Thrusters 30#

9 Burpee Box Jumps 20″

Rest 2:1

I originally was going to go 5-10-15 but our legs were too cooked to jump and make it a sprint! I underestimated the taxing effect of the sled drag.

Times were 1:15-1:20

And now to the beach we go!
