Score is HSPU. You could rest in the handstand but not on your head. We used 25# plates and an abmat.

I got 110 – 37 28 25 20 and my runs were slow as molasses since I haven been running!

3×8 eccentric heel raises

10min. EMOM – 30sec. Bottom of squat hold w/35# in the front rack
